How to request deletion of your Nexkey account

If you would like to have your Nexkey account deleted, please follow the steps below:

Steps

  1. Open the Nexkey app on your iPhone or Android device and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to MORE > Delete Account and follow the prompts.
  3. A request will be forwarded to Nexkey support. They will review it and email you back once the account has been deleted.
